I do not recommend this dealership at all. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I ordered my new super duty in October of 2022 with a $1,000 "refundable" down payment. The truck took almost 2 years to get, arriving in August of 2024. I was offered about the lowest possible value for my current super duty truck on trade and the new truck was discounted much less than others the dealer had in inventory. I was told the trucks got discounted based on time on lot and what they were. I was told my truck ...

Bought my 2017 F350 from belzers about 6 months ago with 17k miles on it. After owning it for 4 days had check engine light, brought it back, was told the high pressure fuel and entire fuel system had to be replaced. Luckily warranty/belzers covered it. Now 6k miles later check engine light again, brought back to belzers because they just worked on it last not long ago. Same exact thing, have to replace everything. This is the worst place EVER!! We never even met the sales guy. Communications was terrible. We were being text by the sales guy and the finance guy and never knew who we were talking to. We’re rushed in and out while signing papers and were told our interest rate on the way there. At that time, we were dealing with some financial things and our credit score had dropped a bit, but that is not a reason to be treated in such a way. I have nothing bad to say about the sales experience. My rep, Eric, was friendly and knowledgeable and put me under no pressure to buy. When there was nothing in stock that I was interested in, he said he would continue to look for vehicles that fit my search criteria. The paperwork/finance portion took several hours, which wasn't ideal, but I'm sure that's not the typical experience. So my experience was not great to begin with but it ended wonderful. I set up an appointment for one specific suv and then get all the way there and find out it's in the shop and can't even see it. So then get called when it's done and avail to test drive in a couple days and I go for my 2nd appointment and right before I get there someone else has it out and test driving it and gonna try to see if they can buy it. Well I figure it's a done deal ...
I think they vastly undervalued my trade, we'll see when it hits the market, and it took several hours to get all the paperwork done and get me out of there, which was probably not normal, I have nothing but good things to say.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. I can’t even count how many times I was lied to in the finance office. Couldn’t get a straight answer on anything. I didn’t end up getting the deal I was promised them lied to. I feel bad for any young driver or the elderly. They are going to get screwed .
